At Reiki Integrated Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality holistic care and ensuring a positive experience for all of our clients. Because wellness services are personal and energetic in nature, we have set the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Services

Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in each session, all sales of services (including Reiki sessions, wellness consultations, and packages) are final and non-refundable once the session has been completed.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without penalty.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee, and no refund will be issued.
Emergency Situations: We understand that life happens. In cases of genuine emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practitioner. Please reach out as soon as possible.

3. Packages and Multi-Session Plans

Non-Refundable: Packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once the first session is used.
Expiration Policy: All packages must be used within the time frame stated at the time of purchase (typically 3–6 months unless otherwise noted).
Transfers: Unused sessions may be transferred to a friend or family member with prior written notice and approval.

4. Workshops, Classes, and Events

Refunds: Cancellations made 30 days before the start of a workshop or class will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
No Refunds Within 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event unless the spot can be filled from a waitlist.
Event Cancellations: If Reiki Integrated Wellness cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

5. Products (if applicable)

Returns: Physical products (e.g., crystals, essential oils) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Digital products are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs: Refunds exclude original shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
